Assistant R&D project manager

End of engineer studies internship devoted to the creation and the optimization of a lexico-semantic parser in Java and Python for an entertaining conversational agent. The Simdate project development was the first step to a second generation dialog technology (where the agent is proactive) based on a semantic ontology and the use of attentional structures (frames). That technology is eventually meant to be used for the agents developed and sold by the company.
Involvement in the deployment of several web agents and their prototypes by creating the pages and the communication functions in Javascript between the agents and the website.
Development of a new animation platform in Flash for the commercial conversational agents.

SAP Developer

Technical internship to develop a web interface for an electronic documents repository online under SAP. This toolkit helped to speed up the work of european developers in order to create an integrated and compatible document management system for all the european countries.

Installation of a Second Generation METEOSAT satellite image reception station for the Satellite Image Acquisition and Processing research team, under the responsability of Laurent Beaudoin. Conception of a hardware and software archive system (3 Tb/year), in collaboration with Jean-Claude Bergès from the MSG research group.
